These Terms apply to the use of Hatchling Habits.

Agreement and family accounts

Hatchling Habits is operated by Eliana Elizabeth LLC. By creating or using an account, the adult account holder agrees to these Terms and confirms that they are authorized to manage the family account and any profiles within it.

Children do not create independent accounts. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising child-profile use, protecting account credentials, choosing appropriate profile information, and reviewing friend requests.

Using Hatchling Habits

You may use the service for personal and family habit-building and entertainment. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse friend codes, impersonate another person, automate gameplay or rewards, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, or use the service to harm another person.

Friends and family interactions

Friend connections require approval from both families. Families should exchange codes only with people they know. Messages are limited to prewritten choices, but parents remain responsible for deciding which connections are appropriate. We may limit, block, or remove interactions needed to protect users and the service.

Virtual items and crystals

Crystals, gifts, accessories, decorations, keepsakes, and other game items are virtual features. They do not represent money, property, or a transferable balance outside Hatchling Habits. Availability, balance, and game rules may change as the service develops.

Hatchling Habits Enchanted

Hatchling Habits includes a free-forever plan with no advertising. Enchanted is an optional family subscription that adds unlimited profiles, expanded parent-added crystal allowances, complete live monthly drops, new dragons, the Wishing Well, and designated future locations or seasonal content. Items and micropets from completed drops may later become available to free families through normal randomized rotations. The benefits, billing period, and price shown by the applicable app store before purchase control your transaction.

Payment is charged to the App Store or Google Play account used to make the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through that store account before the current billing period ends. Cancelling stops future renewal; Enchanted remains available through the already paid period. Refunds, billing recovery, and revoked purchases are handled under the applicable store's rules. Use Restore Purchases in the app when an eligible purchase does not appear.

Ownership

Hatchling Habits, its artwork, characters, software, text, audio, and branding are owned by Eliana Elizabeth LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and changes

We may update, repair, add, remove, or discontinue features. We work to protect saved progress but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every device will behave identically. Keep your contact information current and use available backup tools when appropriate.

Cookies and adult-directed advertising

Essential cookies and browser storage support account security, cloud saves, preferences, and gameplay. The app does not use advertising cookies or include the Meta Pixel. A separate adult-facing sales or marketing website may use optional advertising cookies after the grown-up accepts them. Those cookies are not required to use Hatchling Habits. Ending an account

A grown-up can delete the family account through the Parental Controls or the account-deletion page. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hatchling Habits is a family organization and entertainment tool, not medical, mental-health, educational, or professional advice. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.
